Race Weekend Schedule

Friday, July 16, 2027

4:00 – 8:00 PM – Mandatory Packet Pick-Up for All Athletes
8:30 PM – ALL bikes must be racked in the Transition Area
Note: Security will be provided overnight to monitor bikes.

Saturday, July 17, 2027

5:00 AM – Bathing Beach Road closes to vehicle traffic (no parking at Jetties Beach)
5:15 AM – Transition Area opens (athletes pick up timing chips)
6:10 AM – Transition Area closes
6:15 AM – Mandatory Pre-Race Meeting & National Anthem
6:30 AM – Race starts. View our 2026 Wave Assignment (as an example - this will change in 2027)
8:45 AM (estimated) – Transition Area reopens for athletes to retrieve equipment
9:00 AM (estimated) – Awards Ceremony
10:00 AM – Doors open at Cisco Brewers for the Post-Race Party (tickets required)

TRANSITION AREA REOPENING : Athletes may not re-enter the Transition Area until it has been officially reopened by the Race Director. The area will remain closed until race officials determine it is safe to allow access and until doing so will not interfere with athletes who are still competing. Race officials will clearly announce when re-entry is permitted.

Please be patient and respectful of your fellow athletes who are still on the course.
